H.R. Giger - Giger's Necronomicon Edition C - 1985

H.R. Giger (1940-2014) is an awesome artist, plastic artist, graphic designer, sculptor, designer and illustrator. He worked with Alejandro Jodorowsky on Dune, with Ridley Scott on Alien (got the Oscar), and also on a lot of LP covers (Blondie and many others). This is the 1st printing of Necronomicon II, Edition C, Zürich, German language. Large format; 42 x 29.7 cm. Original poster with 3 folds still attached. Giger's Lilith representation on the cover; I have uploaded at the end 3D Lilith representations. Lilith is a female demon in Jewish tradition. Published more than 30 years ago, remains excellent, slight folds on the corners on each side (photos). Small scuffs barely visible on the front cover (photos), on the back cover, also a fold at the corner, slight folds and some wear along the spine (photos). Inside is somewhat manipulated, excellent.
