Decoration: blue and white onion with gold decorations. Rococo style 700.
N blue with rays = Neapolitan manufacture.
It is not genuine Meissen German, but high-quality Neapolitan porcelain.
861/B and 862/B are the model numbers.
Excellent condition; all the fingers, the flowers and the basket are intact.
