All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, and Mini Mail for shipping.

Items are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, and Obon).

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not take responsibility for any damage, loss, or value reduction that may occur during international transport, customs procedures, or delays in delivery.
