All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, international parcels, and Mini Mail for delivery.

Items are shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/new year, and Obon).

All items are packaged with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap to ensure safe transport.

However, we do not take responsibility for damage, loss, or value loss that may occur during international shipping, customs clearance, or transit delays.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

Cancellations and returns are not accepted after an auction ends.

Non-cancellation scenarios:
- Subtle differences from the photos (especially centering)
- Condition of the outer bag of an unopened pack (not included in this product)

- Minor outer packaging damage (slight warping, dents, scratches) – we consider this transit-related.
