Description from the seller
PERU. Lima. 1 Sol. 1934
- Value: 1 Sol.
- Year: 1934.
- Inscriptions: Obverse: STEADFAST AND PROUD FOR THE UNION. Reverse: REPUBLIC OF PERU · ONE SOL · 1934.
- Grade: MS61 (NGC).
Silver 1 Sol coin with the allegory of seated Liberty on the obverse, depicted with a spear and shield, in a classical style and balanced composition, with good treatment of the drapery folds and correct definition of the symbolic elements. The reverse shows the national coat of arms of Peru within a vegetal crown, with the quarters well identifiable and the legends clearly legible. A specimen in almost non-circulating condition, with firm relief and very light wear concentrated on the highest points, preserving noticeable original luster in the fields and a uniform gray patina that enhances the overall appearance and adds visual appeal.
Disclaimer: For orders shipped outside the European Union, I want to leave absolutely clear that I do ship from Spain, which means that if the package is sent to any country outside the European Union, and/or inside EU that has special tax agreement (example: Canary Islands), it might be stopped in your local customs and they might ask you to pay taxes. This is a customs legal procedure and it is completely out of our control. Thanks for your understanding.
