The set is unused, seal intact, stored for years in the brown outer box, so no discoloration. The box is lightly damaged; a few scratches and at the corners and locally along the edges some wear, see photos. Will be carefully packed and shipped insured.

21318 Treehouse is a 3,036 piece Ideas set released in 2019. This set, which was originally submitted by Kevin Feeser (a.k.a. KevinTreeHouse in October 2017), and was reworked to be an official LEGO set by LEGO Designer César Soares. While Feeser ’s project used entirely green leaves, LEGO has included an entire second set of leaves in autumn colors, including flame-yellowish-orange leaves

De set is ongebruikt, verzegeling intact, jarenlang in de bruine om-doos bewaard, dus geen verkleuring. De doos is licht beschadigd; een paar krasjes en op hoeken en plaatselijk randen lichte slijtage, zie foto's. Wordt zorgvuldig ingepakt en verzekerd verzonden.
