Description from the seller
The collection mainly features valuable US Express and Priority Mail stamps from the 1980s and 1990s: USA $10.75 (Bald Eagle against Crescent): First issued in 1985 for the Express Mail service. On the left is a complete three-stamp booklet pane. $9.95 USA (Olympia / Eagle head on red background): A high-denomination postage stamp released in 1991 for the Olympic Games. USA $8.75 (Eagle head): Issued in 1988 for Express Mail. USA $2.90 (Eagle in flight / Eagle head): Introduced in 1991 for the then-new Priority Mail shipping class. USA $9.35 (Eagle lands on the Moon): The first highly effective Express Mail stamp from 1983. 29¢ Savings Bonds / $14 International Airmail: Supplementary stamps for regular letters and international air mail. Yes, these old US stamps are still absolutely valid today for sending letters or packages with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Since they are not “Forever” stamps, but stamps with a fixed face value, their value exactly matches the printed dollar amount. You can combine the stamps freely until the current postage for the desired mailing class (e.g., letters, domestic or international packages) is reached.
