Estimated period 1910-1920, an Art Nouveau vanity set in silver (.800 argento) and glass, consisting of eight pieces with dimensions up to 20 cm wide and 6 cm high and a gross weight of 100 g, in good used condition with minor signs of age.

Italian Art Deco-style toiletry set from the late 1800s to early 1900s in 800 silver
Description:
Refined toiletry set in Liberty/Art Deco style, floral, made in 800 silver and attributable to an Italian silversmith between 1870 and 1934.
The set consists of seven items:
- hand mirror;
- two oval brushes with handle;
- a rectangular brush for clothes/toiletry.
All elements feature rich and refined floral engraving repoussé in full Art Deco/Liberty taste, with sinuous motifs. The decorative effect is very elegant and typical of high-quality dressing accessories from the early 20th century.
As shown in the photos, there are clearly visible hallmarks for 800 silver and silversmith A.
Indicative dimensions
Hand mirror: approximately 27 cm long, maximum width about 12 cm.
Oval brush with handle: about 17 cm long and 6 cm wide.
Oval brush: about 13 cm long, 8 cm wide.
Oval brushes: about 16 cm long, 3 cm wide.
Oval brushes: about 20 cm long, 6 cm wide.
Crystal container: diameter 9.5 cm
Crystal container: diameter 4.5 cm
Crystal bottle: diameter 6 cm, stopper 4.5 cm
Gross total weight of the four objects: about 1192 g
The weight is to be understood as total gross weight, including the glass of the mirror, internal structures, wood and bristles. As typical for this category of antique toiletry items, the silver parts are mounted on an inner core.
Good overall condition considering age, with normal signs of time and use. Micro-scratches, surface marks, natural silver patina and wear consistent with the bristles are present.
