Candleholder - cloisonné, Brass

This is an antique French two-armed candelabrum in brass or bronze with cloisonné enamel work, presumably from the Napoleon III period (second half of the 19th century), characterized by the geometric Greek key pattern (meander) and colorful enamel decorations on the round base.

Material and technique: Brass or bronze with inlaid cloisonné enamel in blue, red, and white.

Style: Eclectic / Napoleon III or late-19th-century European decorative metalwork.

The candle holders are screwed on and the underside is also equipped with Cloisonné.
