Maria R Törley - Figure - Bronze, Ceramic

A 45 cm tall elegant, feminine sculpture by the renowned Hungarian artist Maria R. Törley. (Budapest 1950). She studied at the Art Academy in Budapest and Krakow, and besides the National Gallery in Budapest has exhibitions in many other European cities to her name. Large bronze statues can be found in the cityscape of Budapest. This fairly rare sculpture was made in 2002 using the special glaze technique of silver patina with green accents and signed under the base.
