A monocular compound microscope, model No. 1646, of German origin (D.R.G.M.), in good physical condition and not tested functionally, dating from circa 1930–1940, with original wooden case and accessories.

Antique German microscope No. 1646 with original case and booklet
Antique German monocular microscope, complete and presented in the original wooden storage case. The instrument is marked GERMANY 34/8 and the case carries an original D.R.G.M. label. Inside the case there is a label with No. 1646 and the magnifications 60×, 120× and 160×.
The set includes the microscope, original wooden case with green felt holders, various accessories, and the German-language booklet “Das Mikroskop und seine Anwendung” by Wilhelm Seyser, with 57 illustrations, 4th enlarged edition from the Miniatur-Bibliothek series.
A characteristic German scientific instrument from the interwar period, interesting for collectors of historical optical and scientific instruments.
