Lot consisting of 11 FASNACHT badges (Basel Carnival, Switzerland) by the artist FELIX MULLER - 1950s-1960s
11 badges (Fasnachtsplaketten) original, signed by the Swiss artist Felix Muller (1904-1997) from Basel, whose graphic works are even preserved at MoMA in New York.
The lot includes the following "miniature artworks", as per photo:
- Badge "2000 Jahre Basel" (1957)
- Fasnacht 1961 (heart-shaped)
- Badge "Eidg. Trachtenfest 1961" (National Costume Festival) (2 identical copies)
- Fasnacht 1962
- Fasnacht 1966 (2 identical copies)
- Fasnacht 1967
- Fasnacht 1968 (diamond-shaped)
- Bruggefescht 1967 (St. John’s Bridge Festival) (2 identical copies)
Conditions:
The badges are all original and in excellent condition
The photos are part of the description.
The badges measure all between 3 and 5 cm.
