German five-light silver candelabrum in 835/1000 silver, circa 1950, likely by Lutz & Weiss of Pforzheim, total weight about 678 g, with five curved arms and ornate Rococo-style detailing.

German five-arm candelabrum – 835 silver – circa 1950 – presumably Lutz & Weiss, Pforzheim
Elegant five-light silver candelabrum of German origin, produced in 835/1000 silver.
The candelabrum is richly decorated with five curved arms, floral/Rococo-like ornaments and a nicely shaped base. The piece is in beautiful condition and has a lovely silver shine.
The candelabrum is clearly stamped with:
- German crescent moon and crown
- 835 S silver assay mark
- Shield-shaped master/factory mark
- Additional small rectangular hallmark
The shield-shaped master mark appears to correspond to that of Lutz & Weiss from Pforzheim, but this attribution is left to the expertise of Catawiki for certainty.
There is also an older sticker on the object with the description “German candle holder circa 1950.” The exact age has not been independently determined.
