Description from the seller

Philips 22GA308 turntable – vintage Hi-Fi – new belt and needle

Description

The Philips 22GA308 is a classic Hi-Fi turntable from the 1970s, produced in the Netherlands and designed as part of a high-quality stereo setup from that era. The model combines a simple belt-drive with user-friendly automatic features and the typical Philips styling from this period.

The turntable supports 33⅓ and 45 rpm and features an automatic stop function with cueing arm lift. The player has recently been fitted with a new drive belt and a new needle, making it ready for use again.

Operation & condition

The turntable is fully tested and all functions operate as they should. The drive belt has recently been replaced and the needle is also new. It concerns a standard replacement needle without special specifications. The dust cover is present and shows a few scratches, appropriate to its age. The wooden housing shows a few scratches and discolorations, as visible in the photos. Furthermore, the turntable is in good vintage condition, considering its age.

Included

Comes with the standard Philips DIN audio cable and power cable.
