Lot of three Asian porcelain and ceramic pieces: a hand-painted cylindrical Japanese porcelain teapot with bamboo–rim handle, a Jingdezhen Chinese Famille Rose ginger jar with dome lid, and a Japanese wall plate with bamboo lattice and a dragon under mid‑century styling, all in excellent condition.
Description from the seller
Refined selection of three representative porcelain and ceramic artifacts from the great decorative tradition of East Asia. The lot ranges from hand-painted Japanese porcelain with classic narrative scenes, to the famous imperial-popular red style of Jingdezhen ceramics, up to a singular Japanese wall plate surrounded by a sophisticated natural bamboo weave.
1. Japanese Cylindrical Porcelain Teapot Hand-Painted
Description: Elegant cylindrical porcelain teapot with a straight body, slender spout, and a mobile bridge handle crafted from woven bamboo and brass. The porcelain body combines the classic cobalt blue underglaze decoration (honeycomb motif and geometric weaves) with two vivid overglaze enamel reserves in polychrome. One side depicts Shou Lao, the god of longevity, accompanied by a deer and female figures; the other side shows a scene from the celebrated classical novel Dream of the Red Chamber (Hong Lou Meng). The lid features vent holes and auspicious characters.

2. Chinese Ginger Jar Vessel "Wan Shou Wu Jiang" (Famille Rose)
Description: Classic ginger jar with a domed lid, produced in Jingdezhen’s renowned kilns. The surface is coated with a brilliant fuchsia/crystal pink glaze finely incised with lacework and floral swirls (sgraffito / mun shou). Along the body are four circular white-ground medallions containing the Chinese characters Wan (万), Shou (寿), Wu (无), Jiang (疆), whose meaning auspiciously expresses "Long life without end." The base and neck are enriched with bands featuring motifs of ru yi and stylized lotus petals.
