A refined French bouillotte-style serving urn, distinguished by its elegant baluster silhouette and classic table-service design. The tall body rests on four shaped legs and is fitted with a removable spirit burner beneath, designed to keep the contents warm. A domed lid with faceted finial, decorative mounts and turned wooden handles complete the composition.
The piece bears an FB maker’s mark. The exact maker attribution has not been independently verified.
The urn combines silver-toned and yellow-toned metal surfaces. The exact composition of the base metal has not been tested and is therefore not stated with certainty.
