The image shows the base of an iconic Eclisse lamp, a classic of Italian design conceived by Vico Magistretti in 1965 for Artemide.

Year of Design: 1965 (put into production in 1967).
Features: It is a table lamp that can also be wall-mounted. It is famous for its rotating inner shade that allows you to adjust the light intensity, simulating a lunar eclipse.
Awards: It won the prestigious Compasso d'Oro award in 1967.
