Unique antique walking cane with a 0.800 silver handle featuring a circular relief with motifs of a sailboat and a Dutch-style mill.
Structure: Shaft or cane rod of noble wood turned and assembled to the handle.
It is a decorative or collectible cane in vintage/antique style with a classic curved silver grip with engraved details and decorative patterns at the top. This decorative cane grip belongs, by its style and iconography, to the first third of the 20th century (approximately between 1900 and 1930), framed within the transitional period between Art Nouveau (Modernism) and the rise of collecting themes of rural or regional character.
