The Philips 22GA212 turntable, simply known as the Philips 212, is regarded as one of the best turntables Philips has ever made and has, in the eyes of audio enthusiasts and collectors, achieved a kind of cult status. This is due to the floating suspension and iconic green-lit touch controls.
Philips introduced the GA212 in 1971 and it was produced until 1976. It is immediately recognizable by the green-lit touch controls. It can play records at 33 and 45 RPM.
It needs to be fitted with a cartridge.
To deliver this product properly it is carefully packed in very strong boxes, wrapped in bubble wrap with a lot of padding. We mainly use plastic as padding material, but if another material is desired, please contact us. The package is shipped insured to protect both the buyer and the seller. For any further packing wishes please send messages after purchase. Photos serve as an additional description of the condition of the product / the condition of the display & LEDs.
