Chinese Scholar Auction

Chinese porcelain bowl, decorated all around with figures in a mountainous landscape. The scene is executed in underglaze blue and supplemented with soft green, iron-red and orange overglaze colors.

At the bottom there is an apocryphal six-character mark of Emperor Yongzheng. The mark refers to the period 1723–1735, but the bowl is of later manufacture and probably dates from the 20th century.

The bowl is in good used condition with light signs of aging and wear. Please inspect the photos carefully for a full view of the condition.

The pictured wooden stand is not included.

Chinese porseleinen kom, rondom gedecoreerd met figuren in een bergachtig landschap. De voorstelling is uitgevoerd in onderglazuur blauw en aangevuld met zachte groene, ijzerrode en oranje bovenglazuurkleuren.

Aan de onderzijde bevindt zich een apocrief zeskaraktermerk van keizer Yongzheng. Het merk verwijst naar de periode 1723–1735, maar de kom is van latere vervaardiging en dateert vermoedelijk uit de 20e eeuw.

De kom verkeert in goede gebruikte staat met lichte ouderdoms- en gebruikssporen. Bekijk de foto’s zorgvuldig voor een volledig beeld van de conditie.
