Boheme - Carafe - Crystal

A striking vintage whisky decanter crafted in richly coloured cobalt-blue overlay crystal, accompanied by a charming hand-decorated porcelain “WHISKY” label suspended from an antique brass-tone chain.
The tall rectangular body has an architectural silhouette. Its deep cobalt surface is on transparent sections reveal the clear crystal beneath, creating a contrast and allowing the light to pass through the body in brilliant reflections and luminous blue tones.
The decanter is completed by a clear crystal stopper with an elegant moulded cartouche design. Please note that the stopper is a later replacement and is not original to the decanter. The label shows age-related wear, including some rubbing and small losse consistent with its vintage character.
Presented in good vintage condition overall. There is a localised chip on the corner of basel, shown in detail in the photographs. These condition details do not detract from the impressive decorative presence, depth of colour or brilliance of the piece.
A highly decorative statement decanter, ideal for a refined drinks cabinet, home bar or collection of coloured crystal.
