Antique double-inkstand Writing Inkstand "Memory of Venice" with Lion of Saint Mark and Sirens - Bronze - Fine '800
Elegant and refined antique double-inkstand, dating from the late 19th century or early 20th century.
The object is entirely made in heavy metal casting (probably bronze or patinated brass), characterized by a splendid original dark patina of the period that enhances the three-dimensionality of the details.
