Antique Dutch wooden secretaire desk from the first half of the 20th century, in good used condition with minor signs of aging and stains, measuring 106 cm high, 52 cm deep and 80 cm wide.

Dutch secretary bureau. This elegantly curved secretaire desk has three roomy drawers in the lower section. The writing slide opens to a beautiful interior with seven small drawers, and a few secret compartments. The central small door is flanked by small pilasters with copper capitals; they can be pulled out and used as secret compartments for letters. The desk stands out for its attention to detail and the very fine, well-defined wood. The brass fittings are original. Part of the writing surface is covered with green cloth.
Standing on two deeply detailed lion-paw feet.
In short, a masterpiece! Restored to excellent condition for its age.
