Biltons England - Table service - Farmhouse - Earthenware - 45-piece dinner service

A magnificent vintage Biltons England table service, in blue and white English earthenware, dating roughly from the 1960s to the 1980s, with the decoration “Oak Leaves & Acorn – Farmhouse Toile,” consisting of 45 pieces.
This is a particularly complete set and one that has become difficult to find in such quantity. These sets are today most often offered individually or in small lots (a few plates or cups), whereas a set as large and homogeneous as this is much rarer to come by.
The Oak Leaves & Acorn – Farmhouse Toile decoration features delicate pastoral scenes in blue and white, surrounded by an elegant pattern of oak leaves and acorns.
The set is in remarkable condition, with no chips or cracks. The patterns are crisp, bright and very well preserved, with no visible wear.
