Elegant French mantel clock from the Napoleon III era, made of blackened wood (ebonized) with decorative panels in red and black imitating tortoiseshell. White enamel dial with Roman numerals, surrounded by a brass bezel.
It is equipped with a brass mechanical movement with bell striking.

Condition : Good overall aesthetic condition with a beautiful antique patina and some normal signs of wear related to its age.
Sold without key. The movement’s operation has not been tested and cannot therefore be guaranteed.

Élégante pendule de cheminée française d'époque Napoléon III, réalisée en bois noirci (ébénisé) avec panneaux décoratifs à décor rouge et noir imitant l'écaille de tortue. Cadran émaillé blanc à chiffres romains, entouré d'une lunette en laiton.
Elle est équipée d'un mouvement mécanique en laiton avec sonnerie sur cloche.
