Description from the seller
Old French mantle clock, dating from the late 19th century, made of black marble and equipped with a mechanical movement signed **A.D. Mougin – Deux Médailles**, with its star marking visible on the mechanism.
The clock presents a classic and elegant architecture, with a white enamel dial in Roman numerals, surrounded by a gilded trim. The front and the base are adorned with fine gilded decorations. The rear also features a circular decorative pierced element.
