Description from the seller
Lot consisting of four 500 ml glass bottles of extra-virgin olive oil produced by Franotoio Romano, Sicily - Italy.
The bond between the Romano family and olive oil began in 1959, when the Romano brothers, spurred by the wish to honor their father Pasquale, took over Bronte's first olive oil mill on the western slope of Mount Etna. Thanks to a strong passion for oil, today’s management, now in its third generation, represents a leading presence in Sicily’s artisanal olive oil sector.
With a marked propensity for innovation and a precise production philosophy.
Promoting the most suitable olive-growing areas between the slopes of Etna and the Simeto valley, and favoring the finest autochthonous varieties and national varieties best suited to our territory, they add value to the raw materials through careful olive selection and meticulous care in the milling process, during extraction, storage, and bottling. These are the elements at the heart of the long and exciting journey undertaken by the Romano family toward quality, with the aim of producing oils worthy of representing the best Sicilian olive oil culture.
