Revox - BX-350 Phase Aligned System - No Reserve! Speaker set

Beautifully preserved Revox BX-350 loudspeakers in excellent working condition. Very minimal signs of use. Please look closely at the photos.

The model is known for its unique Phase Aligned System, where the speaker drivers are placed at a specific geometric angle. This ensures that the sound waves from all drivers reach your ear simultaneously, minimizing phase distortion and greatly improving the soundstage placement.

The woofers feature rubber surrounds, so no wear risk. No hassle with foam surrounds.

Design and sonic characteristics

Time alignment: By placing the tweeter slightly further back than the woofers, a very accurate and linear phase behavior is achieved.

Fast bass response: Instead of one large woofer, Revox uses four smaller woofers. This results in a tight, fast, and controlled bass range without sounding “sloppy.”

Character: The speakers sound very neutral, transparent, and analytical, which is typical of Revox’s studio heritage.

The speakers come alive especially when driven by a heavy amplifier. The sound is really super cool.

The photos also show matching stands. These come with the speakers when the set is picked up. Pickup is therefore preferred. Shipping the speakers is possible, but then the stands are not included.

If shipped, the speakers are individually packed in a box to minimize the risk of damage. I use Styrofoam and lots of bubble wrap. The speakers are insured and sent by registered mail. This obviously incurs double shipping costs because it involves two speakers.

Again, the stands are not shipped.
