An elegant and timeless set of 6 footed coffee cups with matching saucers in the iconic "Edme" pattern by Wedgwood. Designed in 1908 under the art direction of John Goodwin, the Edme pattern is celebrated for its sophisticated Neoclassical ribbed design and warm, glossy creamware glaze.Markings: All pieces feature the vintage green printed backstamp: "Wedgwood of Etruria & Barlaston" along with the US Design Patent reference (Pat. 61298), dating this specific production run to between 1940 and the 1960s.
Condition Report: Outstanding vintage condition. All 6 sets are completely free of chips, cracks, structural damage, or heavy staining. The glaze remains bright and glossy, showing no visible crazing.
