Description from the seller
Elegant antique coffee service for 6 people in white and gold porcelain, probably dating from the first half of the 20th century.
The set is distinguished by finely molded porcelain with ribbed decoration, fluted edges, handles particularly embellished in Rococo style, and delicate gilded highlights.
Each piece bears, under its base, an old manufacturer's mark with heraldic motif, visible in the photographs.
The service includes:
6 cups
6 matching saucers
1 coffee pot
1 lidded sugar bowl
1 milk jug
15 pieces in total.
Beautiful Rococo / Neo-Rococo style, probably made around 1930, presenting an elegant aesthetic typical of European porcelain services of this period.
Good overall condition considering its age. Some signs of use and partial wear to the gilding are present, notably on certain rims and handles, and are visible in the photographs.
No known restoration.
The service will be carefully packed for shipping.
