Antique Houghton box camera (London, England) Klito, dating to about 1905 and made to order, a one-of-a-kind piece of 117 years, fully restored with a new walnut veneer finish. It originally used glass plates or sheet film for exposures of 3 ¼" x 4 ¼" (about 8.35 x 11.35 cm). Includes 6 plate/film holders. The lens is clean, free of haziness and fungus, with no varnish lift. The shutter is functioning and the viewfinder is relatively clean. Customised with a walnut veneer finish and polished components, this camera is a unique piece, perfect for display in any collection or as a gift for the avid collector! The camera measures approximately 19.75 x 15.25 x 10.25 cm
