Its catadioptric design packs 500mm of reach into a short, light barrel that can be hand-held, and it renders the distinctive doughnut-shaped bokeh mirror lenses are loved for. It fits Minolta A / Sony A mount cameras and remains a collectable as well as a practical telephoto for wildlife and birding.
