Magnificent and rare set of plates and its matching serving platter, in fine Limoges porcelain, stamped Martin Charles, manufacturer-decorator early 20th century, circa 1906 - 1935

Composition and dimensions:

• 8 plates with a diameter of 22 cm
- 1 serving platter, length 41.5 cm, width 27 cm and height 3.9 cm

Elegant and refined decor, adorned with decorative motifs in a classical style arranged around the rim. Some elements are relief-worked, adding volume and a rich visual texture to the set.

Very good overall condition.
To note however:
• the platter has a small impact at the back (see photo);
• a few slight traces of oxidation are visible;
• one plate shows a small loss of gilding on the rim.
