AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Pyrite is one of the most commonly collected minerals in the modern age. It is a commonly occurring sulfide in most mineralizations and it can almost seem mundane at times. But when it comes to finely crystallized pyrite, there are only so many localities globally that produce world-class material, and Peru (despite my own country, Spain, also producing some remarkable pyrite) is the better of the two when it comes to quality and mineral associations. This specimen is a good example illustrating this, featuring a single sharp and very lustrous pyrite cube with minor amounts of crystallized sphalerite on its surface.
