Description: Beautifully woven French Jacquard wall tapestry, a high-quality reproduction of the famous 16th-century original "La cueillette des fruits" (The Fruit Picking) from the Musée du Louvre in Paris. The design is executed in the iconic medieval millefleurs style (Noble Pastoral).

This specimen is in near-new condition: it is completely undamaged, and has always been carefully stored in the cabinet.

On the back rests the original fabric workshop label including the unique serial number KH 81 and the note "réalisée à la main" (hand-finished). The rear is fully lined with sturdy cotton.

Beschrijving: Prachtig geweven Frans Jacquard wandtapijt, een hoogwaardige reproductie van het beroemde 16e-eeuwse origineel "La cueillette des fruits" (De fruitpluk) uit het Musée du Louvre in Parijs. Het ontwerp is uitgevoerd in de iconische middeleeuwse millefleurs-stijl (Noble Pastorale).

Dit exemplaar verkeert in bijna nieuwstaat: het is volledig onbeschadigd, en heeft altijd zorgvuldig opgeborgen in de kast gelegen. 

Aan de achterkant bevindt zich het originele stoffen atelierlabel inclusief het unieke serienummer KH 81 en de vermelding "réalisée à la main" (handmatige afwerking). 
De achterzijde is volledig gevoerd met stevig katoen.
