MG B Roadster - NO RESERVE, 1979, located in the Netherlands, 86498 miles, manual transmission, petrol, brown, 84 hp, matching colours, service book/history present, Dutch registration, MOT valid until 23 April 2028.
Description from the seller
Beautiful and well-running MG Roadster / Tourer cabriolet from 1979, original 1.8 liter engine with manual transmission. This is one of the last MGB models, in special Russet Brown color, and matching gold-colored wheels. A car that puts a smile on your face, and then the driving begins, particularly an MGB. The MOT is valid until no less than 23 April 2028 (!)
Documents:
This MGB was first delivered in the USA, and came to the Netherlands in 1994, and therefore has Dutch registration. With the EU Export Documents that can be supplied for an additional 50 euros, a potential foreign new owner can easily register the car in his/her country.
Bodywork:
The car shows only very minor signs of use, which isn’t surprising after 47 years; the car looks great, the underside is neat as well, see the photos. This MGB is above-average good in terms of paint and rust, also on the front MGB-critical areas it’s very neat. The convertible top / soft top is in good but not perfect condition, a cover for the hood is included, see photos.
Technical:
There are several recent invoices, and the car is ready to use. The car starts, drives, shifts, brakes and steers well, like new. The radio works fine.
Interior:
The car has a neat interior, with hardly any signs of use. The upholstery is old, and has some sun damage. But it looks tidy, not perfect. In short, a nice and delightfully roadworthy MGB.
PICKUP:
The car is located in Hengevelde, the Netherlands and can of course be picked up here or delivered for an extra charge.
OTHER INFORMATION:
The car can be delivered at relatively low cost across the entire European Union (possibly worldwide) by a professional transporter for an additional fee.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
