Citroen XM V6 - NO RESERVE, year 1993.
Description from the seller
Beautiful and well-running Citroën XM V6 in Ambiance trim from 1993 (registered in 1994), original 3.0 liter V6 engine and manual transmission. This XM is therefore extremely comfortable but also fast when needed, with 167 hp. The MOT is valid until no less than 17 October 2027. The mileage is fully logically verifiable; see the official RDW report. The XM is well on its way to becoming a classic, like the DS and CX.
BODYWORK
The car has very minor signs of use, which isn’t surprising after almost 33 years; the car looks fine, and the underside is neat as well, see the photos. This XM is above average in paint and rust protection, even on the XM-critical areas it is very tidy.
TECHNICAL
All functions work, including the air conditioning; a Blaupunkt car radio is installed. There are various manuals and documents with the car. The last years have been renewed: 4 new all-season tires, all suspension spheres checked, front and rear new spheres. New distributor cap, ignition wires, spark plugs, heater motor, temperature sensor for the mirror, seal for the front camshaft, all seals transmission, transmission oil changed, LHM changed, engine oil changed, coolant changed, cooling fan temperature switch (mounted on the radiator) replaced – air conditioning charged, air filter replaced, fuel hoses in engine bay replaced (due to brittleness and age), new antenna, drive shaft boot covers and steering rack replaced, tie rods + alignment, new windshield washer fluid pump, new wipers, new flexible brake hoses to the brake calipers.
Most of these were done by the previous owner himself, and there are invoices for some repairs. A point of attention: the exhaust leaks a little, a typical XM V6 ailment. The car starts, drives, shifts, brakes and steers excellently, like new.
INTERIOR
The car features a particularly neat interior with hardly any signs of use. Both the seats and the rear bench, the clean door panels and carpeting look great. In short, a neat and fully equipped XM.
DOCUMENTS
This XM was new in the Netherlands in 1993 and therefore has a Dutch registration. The XM was first registered in January 1994. The car can be supplied with EU Export documents for an additional 50 euros so that a potential foreign new owner can easily register the car in his/her country. A COC/CVO declaration can be supplied for an additional 70 euros.
PICK-UP
The car is located in Hengevelde, Netherlands and can of course be picked up here or delivered at extra cost.
OTHER INFORMATION
The car can be delivered throughout the European Union (or worldwide) at a relatively low additional cost by a professional transport company.

Disclaimer
Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
