Beautiful solid oak wine/champagne cooler, with riveted brass hoops and a metal inner bucket, made for the house Abel Lepitre Champagne in Reims.
Equipped with a laid brass plaque (see photos):

The woodwork is in a very nice, patinated grey state, the hoops and ears have been re-polished (see last photos).

These coolers/buckets were often used by the house Abel Lepitre for promotional activities.

Dimensions are:

Diameter (top) 19 cm.
Width 29 cm. (incl. ears 33 cm.)
Weight +/- 2444 g.

Still hard to find, making it a serious collector’s item.

Fraaie massief eikenhouten wijn-/champagnekoeler, met geklonken messing hoepels en een metalen binnen emmer, gemaakt voor het huis Abel Lepitre Champagne te Reims.

Houtwerk verkeert in een zeer mooie vergrijsde staat, hoepels en oren zijn opnieuw gepolijst (zie laatste foto's).

Deze koelers/emmers werden vaak gebruikt door het huis Abel Lepitre, voor promotionele activiteiten.
