Description from the seller
These 10 unique vintage, hand-blown glasses were designed by the well-known Utrecht glass artist Jos Böhm (1922-1992).
Jos Böhm created this antique-like glass, which was often mistaken by antique dealers and museums for genuine 17th-century glass and was sometimes sold for a lot of money.
His glasses are known for their characteristic, hand-formed seams with jagged structures and subtle colored details. The stem of these glasses is decorated with cobalt-blue glass bumps on the top and bottom. Because the pieces are completely handmade, each specimen is unique.
Made in the 1970s.
Each glass is unique!!
1. Flute glass. Height 36 cm, diameter 5.5 cm.
3 liqueur glasses. Height 14.5 cm, diameter 6.5/7 cm.
4 white wine glasses. Height 17/17.5 cm, diameter 6.5 cm.
2 red wine glasses. Height 19.5 cm, diameter 9 cm. (1 glass has been repaired at the stem, see photo)
