Italian 800 silver table service dating to 1900–1910, including an ampolliera for oil and vinegar with two glass/crystal cruets, coordinating platters and table elements, total silver weight about 450 g, overall good vintage condition with patina and normal signs of use.
Description from the seller
Coordinated dining set in 800 silver with glass/crystalampoules
Elegant table set consisting of an oil and vinegar cruet carrier with an 800 silver frame and two glass/crystal ampoules, accompanied by coordinating elements also stamped 800.
The cruet carrier features a refined beaded edge, decorated feet and supports, and a high central handle shaped. The two glass/crystal ampoules are worked and complete with their respective caps.
The lot also includes small dishes and coordinating table elements, characterized by the same beaded work. The silver parts bear regular 800 hallmarks.
Total weight of the 800 silver parts alone: about 450 g, excluding glass and non-silver components.
The lot has been kept in its original condition, without aggressive polishing. Normal signs of wear, slight tarnish, and traces of use compatible with the age of the objects are present.
The three small glass salt shakers with non-silver caps are included in the lot; although stylistically coherent with the other elements, it cannot be guaranteed that they were originally part of the same service.
Materials: 800 silver and glass/crystal
Net silver weight: about 450 g
Condition: good vintage condition, with patina and normal signs of use
Provenance: Italy
Era: 20th century
