It is a green ceramic column that reinterprets the Renaissance Ionic language through the mid-20th‑century decorative sensibility, when workshops sought to update classical forms without losing their solemnity. The piece preserves the essential structure of the Ionic order: a fluted, vertical, and elegant shaft that rises with regular rhythm, and a simplified square capital, where the tradition of the volutes is hinted more by proportion than by explicit ornament.
The glaze on green ceramic gives it a very particular presence: the glossy surface captures the light and turns it into soft reflections, creating a dialogue between architectural solidity and chromatic freshness.
