TVS was launched in 1993 (TVS II, instead, is from 1998) and, as is typical of cameras from the latest generation, it is rich in customizable features, including focusing options and the ability to memorize the shooting distance. The phase-detection electronic rangefinder is precise and reliable and continues to assist us even when using manual mode. The central shutter offers a very wide range of speeds: from 1/700 of a second (a truly fast speed for a shutter of this kind) up to a full 16 seconds.
