Beautiful and varied lot of 32 antique and vintage woodworking tools, originating from different periods and from different manufacturers. The lot includes, among other items, various wood chisels, gouges, paring chisels, a wooden plane and other traditional hand tools for woodworking.

There are several interesting branded pieces present, including tools from Peugeot Frères and other quality manufacturers. The chisels and gouges vary greatly in width, length and design, giving a nice cross-section of classic woodworking tools.

Many pieces come with original wooden handles with a handsome patina developed through years of use. The steel shows normal age- and wear-related marks, appropriate for authentically old tools. Some pieces can be re-sharpened or refreshed further if desired.
