A distinctive centerpiece: a dog-toothed calcite geode from inside the Pugnetto caves, Mezzenile, Val di Viù (TO).
Discovered in the mid-1970s as a piece from an old collection.
Today the caves are protected as a Special Conservation Area and under the supervision of the Royal Parks.
