Description from the seller
Polychrome plaster bust Leblond Delienne 1989
Height: 24 cm
423 ex, note that the numbering done in marker under the base has almost disappeared due to rubbing and wear of the base. This is the original plaster edition, which was later reissued in resin.
Overall condition:
The statuette is in a very good vintage overall condition, ideal for brightening a collector's display case.
Paint and patina: The colors (flesh tone, sweater green, and black hair) have remained dense and matte. There is a very light patina of age with tiny dust particles lodged in the creases of the hair.
Structure: The object is sound, with no major cracks or breaks. A slight loss of black paint (small white spots) should be noted on the top of the head, at the rear of the hairstyle (see photos for details).
A very beautiful retro collectible, full of charm and perfect for fans of Franquin and Spirou magazine.
