Description from the seller

The Garrard DD75 is a classic direct-drive turntable released in 1975. It is historically notable as the first direct-drive model produced by the legendary British firm Garrard, marking a departure from its long-standing tradition of idler-drive and belt-drive mechanisms.
With the magnificent SHURE V-15 Type III cartridge and an original Shure stylus in like-new condition(see pics)
Width, height, depth
44 x 38 x 16 cm
Key Features –
Motor: The electronically servo-controlled direct-drive motor was supplied by Technics (Matsushita). This ensures excellent speed stability, low rumble, and minimal wow and flutter. Semi-Automatic Operation: Allows for manual playback but includes an optoelectronic trigger system (using a photocell and LED) that automatically lifts the tonearm and stops the motor at the end of the record groove. Tonearm: Features a metal S-shaped tonearm with jeweled bearings and the original Garrard C5-type miniaturized sliding headshell. Speed Adjustment: Supports 33 and 45 RPM speeds, along with a ±3% pitch control and a built-in strobe for precise speed calibration. Aesthetic Design: Boasts a robust plinth finished in genuine wood veneer and anti-vibration feet. Advantages and Strengths – Reliable Motor: The synchronous motor assembly provided by Technics is of exceptional quality and highly durable. Historical Value: In its day, the American magazine *Consumer Reports* rated it as one of the best single-play home turntables in its price range.
in perfect working condirion and EX cosmetic condition.
