This is the iconic Quick Mill OMRE Monza electric slicer (Model 0750), a classic example of Italian modern design produced between the 1960s and 1970s. Thanks to the white knurled knob, you can achieve millimetric adjustment of the slice thickness, and the chromed suction-cup feet ensure stability during cutting.
It is a typical Space Age piece, difficult to find, especially in excellent condition like the one presented here.
It can be used as needed: in the kitchen or as a piece of mid-century modern design, also highly sought after by interior designers.
