All items are carefully shipped directly from Japan.

We use FedEx, DHL, Japan Post, International Parcel, Mini Mail, and other carriers.

Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, Japanese holidays, year-end/New Year, and Obon).

All items are packed with protective materials such as sleeves, top loaders, and bubble wrap for safe transport.

However, we do not accept responsibility for damage, loss, or value reduction that may occur during international transport, customs clearance, or shipping delays.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

Non-cancelable scenarios:
- Subtle differences from the photos (especially centering)
- Condition of the outer bag for unopened packs (not included in this item)
- Not recognizing duties/taxes

- Minor outer packaging damage (slight deformation, dents, scratches) — treated as a shipping-related issue.
