LEGO Set - 10185 Advanced Models - Lego House - 10185 Green Grocer

I hereby offer my Lego set 10185 Green Grocer. The packaging is unopened and in rather poor condition. There are age-related storage wear marks and in some places noticeable scuffs on the front and edges (see pictures). The seals were never broken and are still intact, even though the adhesive has somewhat degraded in places. For a more precise description of the condition, please refer to the pictures I made. The LEGO set Green Grocer with the LEGO number 10185 belongs to the LEGO Advanced Models theme and is a true rarity and highly sought after among collectors. Age recommendation: 16+ years. This LEGO set was released in 2008 and has been officially out of LEGO’s program since the end of December 2010 (EOL = End of Life). The set includes 4 minifigures. The model consists of 2352 pieces. The build time is about 5 to 6 hours. The parts of the set without instructions and box weigh about 2,175 grams. The LEGO box weighs in total about 3,180 grams.
