This unique light object "Corail XL" was designed in a Berlin design studio and 3D printed using a computational process.
The pendant lamp consists of a matte, light blue (baby blue) biopolymer based on corn starch and is biodegradable / environmentally friendly according to DIN EN ISO 14588. The material is stable, waterproof, and easy to clean.
The design casts a shadow from bottom to top, creating a play of colors (see images).
